An Evening of Firsts at The Peninsula Tokyo
Centurion invites you to a remarkable dining experience at The Peninsula Tokyo, thoughtfully created for Centurion Members.
For one evening, three chefs from The Peninsula Tokyo’s acclaimed restaurants will come together to present a tailor-made menu, bringing signature elements and culinary inspirations from their respective restaurants. Each course will offer a distinctive expression of the chefs’ individual styles, reimagined as one seamless dining journey.
Created especially for the evening, this menu will be presented for one night only, offering Cardmembers the opportunity to experience a culinary collaboration totally unlike the three restaurants’ usual offerings.
This unique experience extends beyond the table. Throughout the evening, the chefs will prepare selected dishes in front of Cardmembers, offering a closer look at the culinary artistry, creativity and precision behind their creations.

Event registration starts from 12 noon on October 14, 2026, to 11:59pm on October 16, 2026 (HKT). (TBC)

To be eligible to register for the Event, Centurion Members must book and stay at The Peninsula Tokyo for a minimum of two (2) consecutive nights, one of which must be the night of the Event. The accommodation must be booked through a Centurion Relationship Manager or The Centurion Service Hotline at +852 2277 2888 and paid for using an Eligible Card. Centurion Members who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible to register for or participate in the Event.

Each Centurion account (Basic and Supplementary Cards are considered as one account) must register for two (2) guests per booking. Bookings for a single guest will not be accepted. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by American Express and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Successfully registered Centurion Members will receive a notification email from their Centurion Relationship Manager on or before October 23, 2026. (TBC) Any change in the number of attendees after receiving the confirmation email is subject to availability.

Upon receipt of the confirmation email, the Eligible Cardmember must complete the hotel booking within three (3) days. Failure to do so will result in the registration being deemed unsuccessful, and the Eligible Cardmember will not be entitled to attend the Event.
