During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardmember can use the promo code once only. Bonus Shopping Privileges can be used in conjunction with either 25% or 15% savings.

The complimentary snack box will be delivered together with other items in the same order under other offers. Free delivery services within Hong Kong are provided. Delivery lead time is about 2 to 3 weeks (depending on the specific batch ordered and seasonality of each item) upon confirmation of the order. Eligible Cardmembers will be notified of delivery arrangements three (3) days prior to delivery. Changes to the delivery date will incur a fee of HK$100 per amendment. Eligible Cardmembers are advised to inspect items upon receipt and refrigerate immediately where applicable. If delivery instructions require items to be left unattended (including but not limited to outside residence, property management office, or reception), the Eligible Cardmembers assume all associated risks regarding product quality. Should the merchandise be found defective, an exchange of merchandise will be arranged. Merchandise ordered is non-refundable. The exchange procedure will take about 1 to 2 weeks. Eligible Cardmembers must visit designated city’super stores initiate the exchange and inspect the replacement items immediately, as no further requests will be accepted after leaving the store. Each order is limited to one exchange. For details, please check with city’super. For visible external issues (bruises, mold, rot), Cardmembers can take photos and contact city’super customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
