Limousine Service Terms and Conditions:

Hong Kong and Shenzhen cross-border limousine service: The round-trip limousine service between Hong Kong and Shenzhen must be completed within 48 hours and the return trip has to be booked at the same time. The limousine service of Shenzhen area is limited to Huanggang, Futian, Nanshan, Luohu, Huanggang Port and Shenzhen Bay Port areas. For destinations outside of these areas, an additional charge will be charged to the Cardmember.

The Hong Kong International Airport limousine service: The limousine service is only for pickup within the Hong Kong area. All additional services, including waiting time, meet and greet in the airport or extra stops, involve an extra charge and shall be absorbed by the Cardmember.

Limousine service booking must be made on or before February 27, 2026, and the service must be completed on or before March 31, 2026.

4. |
The limousine service is including tunnel fee, parking fee, fuel and driver service.
|
5. |
The limousine service is not allow for any stopovers while traveling.
|
6. |
The limousine service cannot be redeemed for cash.
|
7. |
Cardmember must be made the reservation for at least 5 working days before service.
|
8. |
Full cancellation fee will be charged by Jebsen Travel Limited if Cardmember cancelled the service less than 24 hours.

9. |
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
|
10. |
Extension for the rental period are contingent on vehicle availability and prior agreement.
|
11. |
Jebsen Travel Limited reserves the right to terminate service during a Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above).

12. |
Jebsen Travel Limited reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar grade when necessary.
|
13. |
Limousine services will be operated by Jebsen Travel Limited.
|
14. |
Jebsen Travel Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute.
|
15. |
The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.
