An Eligible Cardmember can earn Reward voucher once and this will be based on the total of their top three registered Eligible Receipts.

Reward vouchers are available only for Eligible Card members who are also BESPOKE members. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to this reward vouchers only once during the promotion period. Reward vouchers are subject to availability and are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible Receipts must be registered by June 15, 2025 at one of the four (4) designated Concierges. Late redemption will not be accepted. Receipts that are overdue or out of the Promotion Period are not accepted. Self-upload is not applicable to this redemption, only redemptions made on-site at one of the four (4) designated Concierges are eligible for the reward vouchers. The Eligible Receipts cannot be registered at BESPOKE Salon or at the other concierge counters.

The attained Emerald membership period will be – Tracking period: From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (12-months); Emerald Membership Valid Period: From the date of upgrading to Emerald Tier to March 31, 2027.

The Eligible Cardmember will be upgraded to a BESPOKE Emerald Member in 3 months after the requisite Qualified Spending has been duly registered with Hongkong Land BESPOKE Limited.
