Upon successful enrollment, Eligible Cardmembers will receive a confirmation email with a designated Club admission passcode (“Pass”) within 14 working days. The Pass is valid until July 31, 2026. |

Eligible Cardmembers must make a reservation with the Club by calling 2657 8899 at least one working day in advance. When making the reservation, they must provide the Eligible Cardmember's surname and the designated club admission passcode to the Club staff for booking purposes. If the Eligible Cardmember does not show up for the reservation, one usage of the monthly admission quotas will be deducted without prior notice. |

Each Eligible Cardmember may enjoy the Offer up to two times every calendar month during the Promotion Period. Venue reservations are subject to venue and facility availability, and the Club reserves the right of final decision. If an Eligible Cardmember does not use the admission quota for a given calendar month, the unused quota will be deemed forfeited and will not be carried over to the next calendar month. American Express will not provide any special arrangements or compensation in any form. |

The Pass does not cover any spending at the Club, including but not limited to venue rental, food and beverage, or activity fees. All spending incurred at the Club must be fully charged to the Eligible Card. |

The offer is non-transferable. Eligible Cardmembers must enter the Club together with their guest (if applicable), and when using the recreational or dining facilities at the Club, the Eligible Cardmember must be one of the attendees utilizing the facilities. |
