A confirmation email will be sent to Eligible Cardmembers who have successfully secured the Passes on or before October 14, 2026 by American Express. Eligible Cardmembers who receive a decline-to-enroll email indicate an unsuccessful enrollment.

The Passes will be distributed electronically to Eligible Cardmembers who have successfully secured the Passes based on the information provided by Eligible Cardmembers during enrollment. Eligible Cardmembers are responsible for ensuring that their personal information provided to American Express is accurate, complete and up to date during the Enrollment Period. American Express shall not be responsible for any failure, delay or loss in delivery of the Passes arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information, and no replacement or compensation will be provided.

Each Pass admits one person only. Eligible Cardmembers should present the digital Pass for admission. All successfully delivered Passes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and may not be resold or altered. Eligible Cardmembers may attend together with one (1) guest, provided that each attendee holds a valid Pass and at least one of them is the Eligible Cardmember.

Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of business. The organizer reserves the right to request identification at any time when serving or selling alcoholic beverages.
