Reversal of Statement Credit Relating to Global Dining Credit

Dear Cardmember,

We’re committed to providing you the best experience possible and continuously enhancing our services. To that extent, we’re writing to let you know that we identified an issue with respect to the Global Dining Credit program and we’ve taken remediation actions to make sure that the issue is resolved and will not happen in the future. Please see below for more details:

What happened

In order to provide a better Cardmember experience, we will from time-to-time review and update the Global Dining Credit Program. Unfortunately, an issue occurred when the Global Dining Credit program underwent system updates and we found the Abroad Dining Credit being incidentally triggered by and applied to non-dining charges.

Remediation Action

We have reversed the incorrect statement credit and made the corresponding treatments. We’ve also taken necessary steps to ensure this won’t occur again in the future. We hereby ensure and hope you understand this is an isolated incident and has no impact on your continuous utilization of the Global Dining Credit program.
