We’re committed to providing you the best experience possible and continuously enhancing our services. To that extent, we’re writing to let you know that we identified an issue with respect to the Global Dining Credit Program and what we will do to resolve this issue.
What happened
We will from time-to-time review and update the Global Dining Credit Program. What happened was that, in the Global Dining Credit Program, we found that non-dining charges were incorrectly applied to the Abroad Dining Credit. We will take steps to ensure that you enjoy the eligible Abroad Dining Credit under the Global Dining Credit Program.
What actions we’ll take to resolve the issue
We will first reverse the incorrect statement credit applied to non-dining charges from your account. We will then periodically review your use of available Abroad Dining Credit and if you meet the eligible abroad dining spend, we will make the necessary adjustment to reflect the Abroad Dining Credit on your account. Depending on when you have fulfilled your eligible abroad dining spend, the adjustment may be made latest February next year.
We’ve also taken necessary steps to ensure this issue won’t occur again in the future. This is an isolated incident and has no impact on your continuous utilization of the Global Dining Credit Program.
